Where should I begin? I have spent the last two decades working in the mental health field in New Orleans, Los Angeles, Texas, Switzerland, and now Vermont. To say my family is nomadic would be an understatement. No matter where we live, I always seek out and find women clients who know that something is missing in their life, and who are actively seeking a more joyful and authentic experience. I am always pursuing new fields of study that can deepen my work as a therapist. Last year I completed two yoga certifications, and the year before that I received my EMDR-Certification. I have three children who are the best teachers. They show me my growth edge every day and remind me that I will never not be a beginner.

Therapy with me is full of laughter and compassion, even when the work is heavy and the recovery is slow. Outside of my practice, I enjoy spending time in nature convening with the trees and rocks, and I never turn down an opportunity to learn and grow with other women.
